Terms & Conditions

Welcome to LensaBonus. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the LensaBonus application, website, and services ("Platform") operated by PT Visi Solusi Nusantara ("We", "Us", "LensaBonus").

By registering for, accessing, or using the Platform, you (the User) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • User — anyone who registers for and uses the Platform to take part in photo missions, including online motorcycle-taxi (ojek online) drivers, household workers, store visitors, store owners/keepers, and members of the general public.

  • Task — the task of photographing a specific object or location made available within the app, complete with its guidelines and point value.

  • Points — the value of a task, accumulated upon each successful completion of a task once the content has been approved by the Platform.

  • Content — photos, images, or other data that you submit through the Platform.

  • Bonus — a reward in the form of a voucher or other type of reward obtained by redeeming the Points the User has collected.

2. Acceptance and Changes to the Terms

These Terms apply from the moment the User uses the Platform. We may amend the Terms from time to time, for example due to service updates or regulatory changes. If there are significant changes, We will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Platform after a change means the User accepts the new Terms.

3. User Eligibility

To use LensaBonus, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or otherwise be deemed legally competent under the applicable laws of Indonesia;

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information when updating your profile page;

  • Use the Platform for yourself, not on behalf of another person.

We reserve the right to refuse or close an account if the User does not meet these requirements.

4. Registration and Account

To take part in Tasks, the User needs to create an account. The User is fully responsible for:

  • Keeping their password and account details confidential;

  • All activity that occurs through their account;

  • Notifying Us immediately if their account is misused or accessed without authorization.

A person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain extra bonuses is considered fraud (see Section 9).

5. How the Platform Works

LensaBonus connects Users with photo/video Tasks. In general:

  • The User selects a Task available near them;

  • The User photographs the object according to the guidelines and uploads it;

  • The Platform verifies the submitted Content;

  • If approved, Points are credited to the User's balance.

Taking part in Tasks is entirely voluntary. The User is free to choose any Task available to them and to work on it whenever they wish, for as long as the Task remains active. LensaBonus is not an employer and does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship with the User.

6. Photo Content Rules

When submitting Content, the User must:

  • Take the photo themselves and authentically, in accordance with the Task guidelines;

  • Ensure the photo is not edited, manipulated, or taken from another source (for example, the internet, a computer screen, a phone screen, or another person's photo).

The User is prohibited from submitting photos that:

  • Show the face, identity, or personal data of another person without their permission;

  • Show vehicle license plates, personal documents, or other people's sensitive information;

  • Are taken in places where photography is prohibited or that violate another person's private property rights;

  • Are unlawful, violent, pornographic, or that promote inter-group hostility (SARA — relating to ethnicity, religion, race, or group), or are otherwise offensive;

  • Infringe the copyright or intellectual property rights of others;

  • Endanger the User's own safety when taking them (for example, photographing while driving).

Safety comes first. Never take photos while driving, in dangerous locations, or in any way that breaks the law or local rules.

7. Content Rights and License

Content submitted by the User cannot be directly accessed by the User from outside the app. By submitting it to the Platform, the User grants LensaBonus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, store, copy, process, display, and share that Content for the purposes of Our services, analytics, product development, and Our and Our partners' business purposes.

By submitting Content, the User warrants that:

  • The User is the person who took the photo;

  • The Content does not infringe the rights or privacy of any party;

  • The User has obtained any necessary permissions if the photo shows people or objects belonging to others.

8. Bonus and Redemption

  • The Point value for each Task is shown within the app before the User undertakes it.

  • Points are awarded only for Content that passes verification. Rejected Content (for example, not matching the guidelines, blurry, fake, or duplicate) does not earn Points.

  • Redemption of the Point balance can be made at any time once the User has accumulated the number of Points required to exchange for the desired reward/voucher.

  • Verification is generally carried out automatically within the Platform; however, the Platform reserves the right to perform manual verification, which may take up to 48 hours after the User submits the Content.

  • In the case where manual verification results in invalidation of previously submitted Task, the Platform reserves the rights to deduct from the User the amount of Points for that particular invalidated Task.

  • The process of redeeming Points for a Bonus is generally instant. However, if a redemption issue arises, the User's inquiry will be responded to within up to 48 hours after the User sends their question to support@lensabonus.com.

  • We reserve the right to withhold or cancel Points and Bonuses if there are indications of fraud, system error, or a breach of the Terms.

  • Any tax obligation on the Bonus you receive is the User's responsibility in accordance with the applicable tax regulations.

LensaBonus does not promise any particular level of earnings. The amount of any Bonus depends on the number and type of Tasks completed by the User and approved/verified by the Platform.

9. Prohibitions and Fraud Prevention

For fairness to all Users, you (the User) are prohibited from:

  • Submitting Content that is fake, fabricated, or not your own photo;

  • Creating more than one account or using a false identity;

  • Using bots, automated scripts, or other fraudulent methods to accumulate Points and/or Bonuses;

  • Manipulating location (GPS) or Content data;

  • Disrupting, hacking, or damaging the Platform's systems.

Violations may result in the cancellation of Points and Bonuses, suspension, or permanent closure of the account, as well as legal action where necessary.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

LensaBonus may suspend or close a User's account if there is a breach of these Terms or any action that harms the Platform, other Users, or third parties. The User may also close their own account at any time. Point and Bonus balances earned lawfully and already meeting the redemption requirements will remain usable, unless there are indications of fraud.

11. LensaBonus Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, and materials on the Platform belong to LensaBonus or its licensors. The User may not copy, modify, or use them without written permission from LensaBonus.

12. Privacy and Personal Data

We respect and protect Users' personal data in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection and related regulations. A full explanation of what data we collect and how we use it is available in our Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of these Terms.

By using the Platform, the User consents to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any loss resulting from the User's negligence, including accidents or legal violations while taking photos/videos;

  • We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be free from interruption or error;

  • We are not liable for any indirect loss arising from use of the Platform.

The User agrees to release and indemnify LensaBonus from any third-party claims arising from the User's Content or actions that breach these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first seek to resolve it amicably through deliberation (musyawarah). If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved through the District Court (Pengadilan Negeri) or an arbitration body chosen by the Platform.
